Delivery & Shipping Policy
Delivery Time
Delivery time will vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed. Custom orders will be dispatched after 5-6 weeks of order placement, depending on the design intricacy. An indicative time period is approximately 7-10 working days. This will be notified to you via email or message.
Delivery of a product may be delayed due to many reasons including:
- Bad weather
- Flight delay
- Political disruptions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
- Production issues
- Operational/logistics issues
The Company shall not be held liable for any delay due to unforeseen circumstances like the ones mentioned above, and you will not be entitled to any damages or monetary compensation on account of delays.
If you are unavailable on a certain date, you must indicate the same and any preference via email or phone to our customer experience team to ensure smooth product delivery. Once out for delivery, it will be attempted for a maximum of 3 times, after which the order may be subject to cancellation.
Shipping Policies
Domestic
- Shipping within India is INR 150 irrespective of the number of items bought.
- Shipping is free on purchases above INR 10,000.
- Orders once dispatched will be delivered within 7-10 working days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
- Delivery of all orders will be done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at [email protected] within 2 hours of placing the order.
International
- Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during checkout depending on the order value and dimensions of your order.
- Any customs charges or VAT have to be borne by the customer.
- Orders are delivered within 10-14 working days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
- Our international courier services include DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon our handing over the shipment to the shipping carrier.
Exchange, Return & Refunds
- All custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- If an order has more than five products, it will be considered a bulk order. Return/refund for such orders would not be possible.
- In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to us will be borne by you.
- Any product ordered directly from the site without any customisation shall be returned only in case of any damage incurred by us. A complete and clear video while opening the package will be required for return/exchange of the product. Once we receive the product, the amount paid will be reversed to your account within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the account details.
- We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
