Size Customisation

• Select 'Custom Size' if you don’t find your perfect fit & fill the details required along with your measurements & contact details.
• We collect your measurements and get confirmation from you through call or text within 1-2 business days.
• We custom tailor your piece to your measurements and deliver the best fit!

Customise Your Own Outfit

• We offer our customers a unique opportunity to customise their outfit (by mixing 2-3 of our designs) according to their taste & preferences.
• You need to fill out the ‘customise your own outfit’ form so we can get to know you better and provide the custom clothing of your dreams.
• We will call or text you within 1-2 business days and collect all your customisation information required to initiate the production.
• When you are ready, we will only proceed after receiving the first 50% down payment.
• Style customisation may incur additional costs. These will be announced by the design team before production begins.

Note:

• For orders above INR 20,000, within 5-10 days from the receipt of payment, we will share a physical swatch of your ordered outfit (embroidery swatch) and get your approval on the embroidery design. Once approved, we will proceed towards final completion.
• You can customise your outfit with embroideries, fabrics, colours, and silhouettes.
